Strength in People. Powered by Purpose.
Transporting and servicing natural gas liquids (NGLs) is not for the faint of heart. Trading economics are volatile, supply points shift, and weather throws its own punches — hurricanes, freezes, and temperature swings all affect volumes. Then, of course, there’s the driver, the truck, and the tank. That’s where Grammer excels.
For over 50 years, NGL customers have trusted Grammer’s people for their attention to detail, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to safety. Two of the industry’s most trusted faces, Angela Branchi, Senior Vice President of Business Development, and Jamie Bakondy, Business Development Executive, consistently rise above the crowd. Their experience speaks volumes, but it’s their genuine care for people that sets them apart.
Angela Branchi is a true pillar in the NGL industry. With 37 years of experience across operations, business development, and executive leadership, her career began at AmeriGas and progressed through senior roles at Werner Transportation Services and Sterling Transport. Following Grammer’s acquisition of Sterling in 2019, Angela led the NGL Division and today serves as SVP of Strategic Growth & Business Development. She spearheads customer partnerships and company-wide revenue growth strategies. Angela also gives back to the industry through her leadership on the National Propane Gas Association’s Board of Directors and active involvement in Women in Propane and Women in Trucking.
“At Grammer, we don’t just compete — we build partnerships that last. Our trusted relationships and deep expertise allow us to deliver solutions others can’t. That’s what keeps us ahead of the competition.” – Angela Branchi
Jamie Bakondy is another standout in Grammer’s powerhouse team — an experienced NGL professional with nearly two decades of industry expertise spanning supply, wholesale marketing, and energy logistics. Her coast-to-coast relationships have fueled long-term growth for both customers and the industry. Jamie is also a dedicated member of Women in Propane, Women in Trucking, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Propane Council of Texas.
“Our customers are the heart of the business and always my top priority. I believe lasting partnerships are built on honesty, reliability, and service — values I strive to deliver every single day.” – Jamie Bakondy.
At Grammer, it’s not just about logistics — it’s about relationships, results, and people who care.
